A certain whale purchased 2.095 million OP using 2000 ETH five hours ago, and still holds 29,784 ETH
PANews reported on May 3rd, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, 5 hours ago, a whale who had previously profited $20.8 million from investments in ETH and LINK used 2000 ETH to purchase 2.095 million OP (approximately $5.98 million), at an average price of $2.85.
After the news that a16z had purchased 19.5 million OP from the Optimism Foundation in early March was released, the price of OP rebounded from $2.3 to $3.
It is worth mentioning that this whale also holds 29,784 ETH ($89.71 million) through two other addresses.
