According to OnchainLens monitoring, a whale withdrew 3.02 million USDC from CEX and purchased GOAT and FARTCOIN.
Of which, 2.64 million USDC was spent to purchase 2.5 million GOAT, and 377 thousand USDC was spent to purchase 102 FARTCOIN.
