Cardano founder: Will focus on Bitcoin DeFi in 2025, plans to create a demo before mid-year

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson posted on X stating that Bitcoin DeFi is the key mission roadmap that Input Output Global (IOG) will pursue in 2025. For this, he set a goal for the team to create a meaningful demo before the Bitcoin 2025 conference in May 2025.

Hoskinson said he will work with multi-party computation protocol Fair Gate Labs to achieve these goals. In addition, partnerships will also extend to community projects and wallets. Although no specific timeline was provided for the minimum viable product (MVP), Hoskinson said there is still much work to be done.
