Injective adds native high-performance EVM support to its Layer 1 blockchain
According to TheBlock, Injective announced the addition of native high-performance EVM support to its Layer 1 blockchain. Currently, "Injective EVM" has begun initial testing from devnet deployment. It is reported that Injective's original software architecture does not support EVM code itself, but this new development will change this situation and introduce Ethereum-compatible decentralized applications into the network. The final mainnet version is expected to be released later this year.
