ChainCatcher reports, according to Cointelegraph, former Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Chris Giancarlo, stated: "The design of Bitcoin has already determined its scarcity. You can never own more than a certain number of Bitcoins. Bitcoin is rapidly appreciating in value."
