According to a report by Jinse Finance, Musk commented on the Telegram deal, stating that no agreement has been signed yet. Previous reports indicated that Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced on social media that Telegram and xAI have reached a one-year cooperation agreement to distribute Grok to over one billion Telegram users and integrate it into the Telegram app. Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and equity from xAI and will obtain 50% of the subscription revenue from xAI sold through Telegram.
