Musk: I Don't Want to Be Responsible for Everything Done by the U.S. Government
According to a report by Jinse Finance, during an interview with CBS, Musk stated that he does not want to publicly oppose the U.S. government, but he also does not want to take responsibility for everything the government does. In the interview, Musk mentioned that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) he leads has become a scapegoat for everything, with all layoffs, whether true or not, being blamed on the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). He expressed frustration with the multi-trillion-dollar tax cut and spending plan currently being discussed by Congressional Republicans, believing that this bill would undermine the work being done by the Department of Government Efficiency team. Musk said that although he has always been a staunch ally of Trump, he does not always support the policies of the Trump administration. (Jin10)
