Bitcoin-native financial services firm ProCap submits draft S-4 registration statement to US SEC
According to Jinse Finance, ProCap BTC, LLC, a Bitcoin-native financial services company backed by crypto investor Anthony Pompliano, has announced that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-4 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) together with Nasdaq-listed Columbus Circle Capital Corp. The submission seeks approval for a business combination transaction between the two companies. Completion of the proposed transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval from the shareholders of Columbus Circle Capital Corp.
