ChainCatcher News, according to official sources, a certain exchange has officially submitted documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), announcing the relocation of its company registration from Delaware to Texas. This decision marks the exchange's entry into the ranks of several tech giants (such as Tesla and SpaceX under Musk) that have left Delaware in recent years.
The exchange stated in its announcement: "We have chosen Texas because it has become a hub for innovative companies. It is unfortunate that it has come to this, but Delaware has left us with no other choice."
