Highstreet is a decentralized metaverse and GameFi that aims to redefine the future of retail and commerce by providing a platform for brands to establish their presence in Highstreet World. The platform prioritizes interoperability and has partnered with major crypto firms, such as Binance, AVAX, Everyrealm, and Animoca Brands. It has also attracted traditional brands like Balenciaga, LVMH, Adidas, and Harvey Nichols, to create their own NFTs on Highstreet.
The platform was created by Travis Wu and Jenny Guo in 2021.

The Highstreet platform is made up of the following components:

- Highstreet Lands, the land in the Highstreet World that comes in different sizes and are offered to brands to build in-game infrastructure on.
- Forever Fomo Duck Squad (FFDS) NFTs offer exclusive perks to holders.
- Dual-token model with HIGH token and STREET token. The former is used to access and progress inside the game, buy items, and participate in governance. The latter is used to facilitate in-game transactions and can be earned by hunting monsters, completing quests and engaging in activities.
