Sei Foundation: No facial recognition or KYC required to participate in test net incentives

The Sei Foundation tweeted that "face recognition is required for Sei test network incentives or airdrops" is a misconception and that no face recognition or KYC is required to participate in Sei's test network incentives or airdrops. After receiving feedback about the high number of bot attacks on Sei's Discord, the Sei Foundation has experimented with adding third-party face recognition tools to Discord, but Sei does not use any form of face recognition or KYC.
