Franklin Templeton and Valkyrie have submitted a revised S-1 document for the Bitcoin spot ETF

The deadline for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to approve the first batch of
Bitcoin spot ETFs is December 29 local time, according to Bloomberg analyst James Seyffar. Franklin Templeton and Valkyrie have submitted revised S-1 documents to the SEC for their Bitcoin spot ETFs.
Valkyrie has designated Jane Street Capital and Cantor Fitzgerald as its ETF authorized traders, with StoneX Group appointed as its Lead M arket Maker (LMM), responsible for ensuring sufficient liquidity and depth in the ETF stock
market.
