BRC20 inscription project Turtsat launches Bitcoin-based second-layer network "BL2"

The BRC20 inscription project Turtsat announced the launch of a Layer 2 network platform "BL2" based on the security consensus of the Bitcoin blockchain, aiming to build an ecosystem for inscriptions and BRC-20 tokens. It is reported that BL2 will introduce ZK-rollup into the Bitcoin blockchain and implement multi-node ZK verification on the Layer 2 network, further increasing the security of zero-knowledge proof on the basis of Bitcoin.
