ETF analyst: Grayscale's new prospectus submission has undergone its third revision, adding materials regarding its relationship with trust third parties

Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart interprets the newly submitted prospectus by Grayscale, stating that "Grayscale has submitted another revised S-3 document earlier today. This is the third amendment with the aim of converting GBTC into a physically-backed Bitcoin ETF."
