Trading Volume for Nine Spot Bitcoin ETFs Increases by 34% Today, GBTC Declines by 24%
Data compiled by Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas shows that the trading volume for nine new spot Bitcoin ETFs has increased by 34% today compared to yesterday, totaling $1.05 billion. In contrast, the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) has decreased by 24%, amounting to $1.059 billion. Eric Balchunas commented, "Typically, we see trading volumes steadily decline each day after ETFs launch, very rarely do we see a reversal. But all the others besides GBTC have seen an uptick, GBTC is stable, so this isn't a volatility issue, which is a good sign in my book."
