Reuters: Alameda Research has withdrawn its lawsuit against Grayscale
On January 22nd, according to Reuters, a court document on Monday showed that FTX subsidiary Alameda Research has withdrawn its lawsuit against Grayscale Investments, which accused Grayscale of "seeking benefits at the expense of shareholders' interests".
It is reported that Alameda filed the lawsuit in March last year with the Delaware State Court, accusing Grayscale of charging high fees and refusing to allow investors to redeem their shares from its two cryptocurrency-focused trust funds.
