Hedera completes test network update and optimises top-up process
Hedera, the open-source proof-of-stake blockchain, has completed its testnet update, including the addition of an anonymous tap and optimisation of the account top-up process. Developers can now anonymously collect up to 100 Testnet HBAR tokens every 24 hours by simply entering the ID or EVM address of a Hedera Testnet account. Additionally, the process of recharging TestNet accounts created by the Hedera portal has been optimised so that accounts can be recharged with up to 1,000 TestNet HBARs when a user requests more test tokens from the Hedera portal or when a quarterly TestNet reset occurs.
