Web3 startup Startale Labs completes $3.5 million financing, with participation from Sony Network and others
According to Techinasia, Singapore-based Web3 startup Startale Labs raised $3.5 million in follow-on funding after Series A. UVM Signum Blockchain Fund, Sony Network, and Samsung Next Ventures participated, with a post-funding valuation of $63.5 million.
Startale Labs was founded in January 2023, focusing on Web3 infrastructure development. The company is led by Sota Watanabe, creating core infrastructure and applications for Web3 integrated into the Astar network blockchain. Meanwhile, Startale Labs also has a subsidiary in Japan that provides research, development, and consulting services specifically for Web3 companies in the country. In June last year, Startale Labs received a $3.5 million investment from Sony.
