EthHub Lianchuang: EIP-4788 improves communication between EL and CL

EthHub co-founder sassal.eth stated on social media that EIP-4788 is seldom mentioned, but it is the second most exciting EIP in Dencun (tied with EIP-4844). This EIP improves communication between Ethereum's execution layer and consensus layer (EL and CL), essentially creating a "divine oracle". This allows for trustless communication between CL<>EL, which has a huge impact on staking pools like Rocket Pool, as they no longer need to rely on third-party oracles to pass validator state and other information from CL to EL. It may not seem like it at first glance, but this is a huge unlock for Ethereum staking, and I'm excited to see this EIP go live with Dencun.
