According to Lookonchain's monitoring on March 5th, PulseX bought $122 million worth of ETH through 6 addresses at an average price of $3628. Prior to this, it was reported that PulseX founder Richard Heart's associated wallet held over 700 million DAI, accounting for 15.5% of the circulating supply. The US SEC sued Richard Heart in 2023, accusing him of selling unregistered securities in violation of federal securities laws.
