According to official news from the Sui Foundation, the Greek stock exchange ATHEX is evaluating exploring financing functions on the Sui Network, or will try to deploy its electronic order book building service "Electronic Book Building (EBB)" on Sui, and allow Sui to Escrow ATHEX securities minted as digital certificates. In addition, Sui is able to scale and process transactions in parallel, achieving industry-leading throughput, providing ATHEX with the performance needed to serve its customers. It is reported that the project is currently in the evaluation stage and will ultimately depend on its performance and whether ATHEX is willing to use custody functions based on blockchain technology.
