Poll: Trump is more favored by cryptocurrency voters in the US presidential election.
According to a report by CoinDesk, a survey commissioned by the crypto investment firm Paradigm shows that Donald Trump is the preferred presidential candidate among cryptocurrency voters.
The survey conducted online by Public Opinion Strategies revealed that about 48% of cryptocurrency holders intend to vote for Trump, while 39% lean towards Joe Biden.
The survey collected opinions from 1000 voters, with approximately 7% stating they hold over $1000 worth of cryptocurrencies and around 19% having purchased some. When asked which political party they trust to address cryptocurrency issues, nearly half of the voters (49%) chose "neither."
Justin Slaughter and Dominique Little from Paradigm wrote in a blog post describing the survey results: "Many voters are looking for policymakers who can boldly chart a course for cryptocurrency policies."
