On-chain analyst Yu Jing pointed out that a newly created address bought 2998 MKR (about 9.1 million USD) in the past 6 hours. It is reported that this address first withdrew 2332 ETH (about 8.25 million USD) from CEX, then exchanged these ETH for 2957 MKR through CoW Swap, plus the additional withdrawal of 41 MKR from CEX, this address has purchased a total of 2998 MKR in the past six hours at an average price of $2808 each.
