Grayscale CEO: Former US SEC official confirmed that ETH is not a security and must once again defend ETH as a commodity
GrayScale CEO Sonnenshein wrote on X platform that former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission official Bill Hinman once stated in a speech that Ethereum is not a security, but as the industry continues to progress, ETH will now have to be defended as a commodity. If the crypto industry faces challenges, then everyone must stand up and defend it.
