The Compound community voted to pass proposal 233 to enable cUSDCv3 on Scroll

The official governance page shows that the Compound community has voted in favor of Proposal 233, which initializes the Compound III USDC market on Scroll. The proposal will be executed within 3 days, after which cUSDCv3 can be used.
