According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, in the past 5 minutes, the fourth largest whale in Blast staking has transferred out 1 million ENA from CEX, worth 970,000 yuan, with an average transfer price of $0.9655. This is the first time this whale has traded ENA and it's highly likely a purchase operation.
