Report: Since the upgrade of Dencun, the scalability of Ethereum L2 has increased more than 11 times
According to a report from Brazil's Inter, the recent Dencun upgrade in Ethereum introduced a "Blob" that has increased the network scalability of the second layer (L2) blockchain by more than 11 times. Blob is a space within an Ethereum block, dedicated to receiving data from L2 chains such as Arbitrum, Optimism and Base.
