Cape is a front-loaded privacy-first mobile operator that aims to restore control to individuals over their mobile identities. It provides premium wireless coverage with minimal data collection and promises to monetize data subscribers.Cape will use iPhone funding to build a mobile network with nationwide coverage that provides premium wireless coverage and, unlike traditional carriers, does not disclose personal information such as names, social security numbers and locations.
