Mode: Season 2 will continue until September 6th and distribute 500 million MODE tokens

News on May 6th, the L2 network Mode built on OPStack has launched Season 2 yesterday, which will last until September 6, 2024. The Season 2 airdrop has allocated 500 million MODE tokens (accounting for 5% of the total supply) and will provide up to one million OP tokens through various incentive activities. In addition, the official will introduce new assets such as Velodrome, Balancer and other applications, Ethena's USDe and sUSDe etc., as well as MODE staking. Users can participate to earn multiplier points and ecosystem airdrops. According to previous news from Golden Finance, Mode will launch its governance token MODE on May 7th. The total supply is ten billion pieces with five point five percent dedicated for the first time in two user airdrops. The second airdrop will continue from May 5th to September 6th when another half-billion tokens are issued.
