Bloomberg ETF Analyst: Grayscale will be unable to sue the SEC after withdrawing its 19b-4 application
Grayscale submitted a withdrawal of its Ethereum futures ETF 19b-4 application on May 7, just three weeks before the securities regulatory authority was forced to make a decision. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart said that if you don't want to annoy the SEC, it's less work for the SEC to withdraw and re-file. But at the same time, this means that Grayscale or anyone else can no longer file a lawsuit now.
