Federal Reserve Schmidt: Low interest rate environment "not necessarily" will retur
Federal Reserve's Schmidt stated that the overall economy remains strong. Inflation is still too high, and the Federal Reserve has more work to do. Interest rates may remain high for a period of time. I tend to reduce the Fed's balance sheet as much as possible under the premise of complying with operational frameworks, and a low-interest-rate environment "may not" necessarily return.
