Popsicle Network and MultiAdaptive jointly launched the first Solana VM rollup open source technology framework

On May 17th, Popsicle Network co-founder Irvin Cardenas announced on his social media platform that Popsicle Network and MultiAdaptive have jointly launched the first Solana VM rollup open source technology framework, and the technical implementation white paper has also been released. Popsicle Network is a BTC layer 2 technology stack that builds Multi-VM rollups with a shared security layer.
