Jake Chervinsky, Chief Legal Officer of Variant Fund, posted on X saying that if the spot Ethereum ETF is approved, everyone I know in Washington closely involved with this process would be shocked. This means that after the SAB 121 vote, approval could signify a major shift in U.S. cryptocurrency policy, perhaps even more important than the ETF itself.
