Nigerian judge: Binance executives may be brought to trial on June 14
The Nigerian court has postponed the tax evasion case against Binance executives until next month. On Wednesday, authorities were unable to bring Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan, who is charged in this case, to court, resulting in the postponement. Nigerian authorities and Binance have not provided an explanation for Gambaryan's absence.Tax office lawyer Moses Ideho stated that Gambaryan is expected to be charged by the Nigerian Correctional Service. Judge Emeka Nwite has set June 14th as a possible date for the trial of Binance and Gambaryan.
