Gary Gensler: SEC “pivots” toward Bitcoin ETF after DC Circuit disagrees with SEC
Gary Gensler stated that the SEC has "turned to" Bitcoin ETFs after holding a different view than the DC Circuit. It is reported that the DC Circuit is the United States Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, responsible for hearing appeals from the Washington, D.C. area and some federal agencies.
