Sources: deadline for spot ethereum ETF issuers to submit final 19b-4 filings passes
The deadline for issuers of spot Ether ETFs to file their final 19b-4s has passed, according to two sources, though even if approved, trading in these products may not begin for several weeks. Another source said that while the Form 19b-4 may be approved today, the Form S-1 may not become effective for several weeks, which would delay trading until it is approved.
