Montenegrin court refuses extradition to South Korea Do Kwon
Golden Finance reported that a Montenegrin court on Friday revoked an order to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea, where he is wanted in connection with the multi-billion dollar collapse of the Terra company. Montenegro's Court of Appeal said in a statement that the case would be sent back "to the court of first instance for rehearing and decision."
