Watford Football Club to sell 10% of club shares in digital equity format
Watford Football Club will sell approximately 10% of its shares to investors (including fans) through investment platform Republic and its European platform Seedrs. Investors will be able to choose to receive tokens and receive exclusive benefits, and the club plans to promote future token trading. Watford Football Club is valued at £175 million and plans to raise over £17.5 million. The price per share is set at £12.44, with a minimum investment of 4 shares through Seedrs and 8 shares through Republic.
