Golden Finance reported that Gary Gensler, chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, seemed to have changed his attitude towards cryptocurrencies in an interview with CNBC Squawk Box, from "all tokens are securities" to "tokens lack proper disclosure."
