Bloomberg Analyst: May Have to Postpone Previous Prediction of Spot Ether ETF S-1 Approval Around July 4
Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas posted on the X platform, "Issuers are reportedly still waiting for comments from the SEC's Division of Corporations and Finance on the S-1s they filed two weeks ago, which is the first time the division is reviewing these documents, why? Because (most likely) a last minute political shift surprised them about it. It's not clear that they are prioritizing this work, and may need to delay my previous prediction of the Spot Ether ETF S-1 being approved around July 4." As BitTweet previously reported, the SEC chairman said at the hearing that the document may be approved this summer, but did not specify a date.
