According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, smartestmoney.eth chose to cut losses and stop loss. It had built a position of 8127 ETH between June 19th and June 21st, and recharged Binance with 3000 of them (worth $10.27 million) an hour ago. If all are sold, it will lose nearly $400,000, with the remaining 5127 ETH still floating at a loss of $750,000.
