Data: Litecoin Processes Over $2.85 Billion in Transactions in 100,000 Daily Transactions, Surpassing Most Layer 1 Networks
On July 12, according to IntoTheBlock, Litecoin averaged more than $2.85 billion in transaction value from 100,000 transactions per day, more than 50 percent of its market capitalization and more than most Layer 1 networks. DOGE, for example, has a (daily average) volume of $590 million, although its market capitalization is about three times that of Litecoin.
