Republican Vice Presidential Candidate JD Vance Calls Gary Gensler the “Worst Regulator” in Crypto

On July 16th, in a recently exposed video, JD Vance, the Republican vice presidential candidate, referred to Gary Gensler, chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as the "worst person" to regulate the cryptocurrency industry. He also stated that Gensler's approach to regulating the cryptocurrency market is "completely opposite to ideal policies" and that he wants to inject too many political factors into the actual business of the U.S. securities.
