Democratic Congressman Raskin urges President Biden to reconsider running

Odaily News Democratic U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin wrote to President Joe Biden on July 6, asking him to consult with his party colleagues on whether to continue his re-election bid. There is no shame in bowing to the enthusiastic appreciation of the crowd when your arms are already tired, Raskin said in the four-page letter, comparing Biden to a tired baseball pitcher. Raskin confirmed the authenticity of the letter on Thursday.
