Paju City in South Korea has seized virtual assets from taxpayers and collected 100 million won (72,000 US dollars) in local taxes. Seizing virtual assets is a proactive tax collection measure aimed at individuals who have the ability to pay but intentionally conceal virtual assets to evade taxes.
