On Aug. 4, Trump said he would either debate Harris on Sept. 4 or not.
As previously reported, on August 3, a Harris campaign spokesperson responded to Trump's offer of a September 4 debate on Fox: Harris wants to stick with his plan for a September 10 debate on ABC.
