The three major U.S. stock indices closed collectively lower, with the Dow down 0.6 per cent, the Nasdaq down 1.05 per cent and the S&P 500 down 0.77 per cent, with most of the popular tech stocks falling, with Nvidia down more than 5 per cent and Tesla down more than 4 per cent.
