Chuck Schumer said: "My goal is to get some bills passed in the Senate and become law before the end of this year, I believe we can achieve this goal. I think we should strike a balance between promoting innovation and providing common sense safeguards when it comes to cryptocurrencies. This is similar to our approach towards another innovative technology - artificial intelligence.
