US Crypto Users Finding Ways to Claim Tokens Despite Exclusion from Airdrops

Cryptocurrency startups face a dilemma as they need to tap into the American workforce, but also avoid violating strict financial regulations. EigenLayer, a popular Ethereum project, hired U.S. developers through a U.S. company and issued its EIGEN token from an offshore location to navigate these challenges.
