Jupiter's performance on Reddit is far below expectations, and the founder said most of the funds have been returned to the DAO
ChainCatcher message, @RequiemSolana pointed out on social media that the JUP holders of the Jupiter platform voted and approved a "Reddit Working Group" proposal in May this year. This working group is committed to empowering the Jupiter community and conducting public relations operations for the platform on Reddit. The budget is $68,000 per quarter (equivalent to $272,000 per year). However, four months have passed, and the subreddit operated by the working group only has 6 active users, including administrators, with an average comment count of 1. This represents a customer acquisition cost of $11,000 per user and extremely low participation.
Jupiter founder Meow subsequently responded that this workgroup has actually stopped operating already and has returned unused funds of $45,000 to DAO (which will be officially announced soon). In fact, this workgroup did make many interesting and meaningful attempts.
